Meet Our Administrator

Timothy Dulac

Timothy Dulac is the Administrator for the New Jersey Surgery Center located in Mercerville, New Jersey. He brings with him over 20 years of leadership experience in the Healthcare services industry, managing multi-million dollar projects in addition to leading overall hospital operations.

Prior to joining Foundation Surgery Affiliates in 2008, he was the Chief Operating Officer at a state of the art specialty hospital located in Bensalem, PA: DSI of Bucks County. Earlier in his career, he worked as an Assistant Vice President at Southern Ocean County Hospital in Manahawkin, New Jersey; he also worked in the healthcare division at ARAMARK. Timothy enjoys working in the healthcare profession and is known for his pragmatic thinking and attention to detail.

Timothy earned his Masters of Business Administration from Eastern University and his Bachelor of Science at Johnson Wales University and his Associates degree in Culinary Arts. He currently lives in Bucks County PA, with his wife Claudia and two children, Brittany and Isabella.
