Dr. Chiang graduated with distinction from Stanford University in California before earning his medical degree from Yale University in Connecticut. He completed his medical internship at the University of California, Los Angeles and then performed his ophthalmology residency at the world-renown Wills Eye Hospital in Philadelphia.

Dr. Chiang is a board certified ophthalmologist with a special interest in cataract surgery. He is a member of the American Board of Ophthalmology and the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons. His office is located in Lawrenceville, N.J.
