Parvaiz A. Malik earned his Medical Degree from the Dow Medical College at the University of Karachi in Pakistan. He continued his medical training with a general surgery internship at St. John & St. Joseph's Hospitals in St. John, New Brunswick, Canada. He also completed a general surgery residency at Flushing Hospital Medical Center in New York. Dr. Malik's plastic surgery residency was with St. Louis University Hospitals in Missouri. He is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and is licensed to practice medicine in New Jersey.

Dr. Malik's hospital affiliations include Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital at Hamilton where he serves as the Chairman of the Department of Surgery, Medical Center at Princeton, Saint Francis Medical Center and Capital Health System. In addition, he taught plastic surgery at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles, California as an Associate Professor of Surgery.

Dr. Malik is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the American College of Surgeons, the New Jersey Society of Plastic Surgeons, the American Cleft Palate Association, the Mercer County Medical Society, the American Medical Association and the American Association of Hand Surgery.
